Work Life Balance for Women in Hospitality
One of our members, Ishwariya Rajamohan is the founder of Love Letters to Chefs, she delivers workshops and 1-1 coaching for Hospitality leaders and teams looking to enjoy more balanced lives and sustainable careers. A former pastry chef, she is now a certified coach and mental health first-aider and shares her thoughts on how women in hospitality can balance their personal and professional lives.

Women in The Food Industry: Kelly’s Cause Foundation Offer
Kelly’s Cause Foundation is a charity that aims to create a mentally healthy hospitality industry for all through Mental Health First Aid training, awareness raising, and stigma reduction. Kelly’s Cause was founded in honour of Kelly, a young, talented chef who sadly took her own life at just 23. Women in The Food Industry have teamed up with the foundation to offer a discount off all of their in-house courses.

At Women in the Food Industry we are interviewing the strong female line-up of chefs from across Britain competing to serve their dish at the final banquet. To kick start the series, our co-founder, Mecca Ibrahim, interviewed Sally Abé, Head Chef of The Harwood Arms, London’s only Michelin starred pub. Originally from Mansfield, Nottingham, Sally is representing the Central region.
