Angela has a rich and varied 20-year career. She is a qualified CA from KPMG, Imperial College MBA, a top UK chef classically trained from the prestigious Leith’s School of Food & Wine, a successful food entrepreneur and hospitality industry expert.

Her extensive experience spans all areas business from bootstrapping restaurant start-ups, raising institutional investment for concept chains, to advising C-suite contract catering industry leaders.
