ChicP

40% of British crops are rejected because of their shape or size.

1/3 of the food we produce in the UK is never eaten.

600,000 tonnes of food are wasted in restaurants per year.

300,000 tonnes of food wasted by supermarkets per year.

The adult population adds a staggering 7 million tonnes on the top of that.

The list goes on…

ChicP was created to counter act against this waste taking the opportunity to have a positive impact on the community, our natural resources shaping our health habits for the better. Founded by Hannah McCollum, ChicP was set up to bring healthy, colourful dips to the food market. A hummus lover, tired of bland and unhealthy options, Hannah decided to combine her creative cooking and eagerness to help prevent food waste, into healthy, punchy vegetable hummus from surplus vegetables.

The Premium Greek Olive Oil Company

Evo3 is an award-winning, exceptional quality organic extra virgin olive oil. The olives are carefully hand-picked from a single estate, always respecting the local ecosystem. The olive oil is produced only from the native types of olives found on the island of Lesvos, the Kolovi, Adramatini, and Latholia. The Kolovi and Adramatiani olives mature slowly and are black in color. They thrive in soil with slate in it. Their flavour has an intricate, fruity taste, and their olive oil colour is golden yellow to a golden green. The Lathoelia thrives in lower altitudes and is bigger in size. These olives are grown in two different microclimates on the island of Lesvos, mountainous and coastal.

evo3 is different from the rest of the brands in the market, not only because of their high quality and innovative product, but also because of the environmental and social cause behind it. The heart of evo3 is its concept. For every product sold, a tree will be planted in a deforested area in Africa – specifically in Ethiopia and Madagascar.

The citrus notes entice you with a fruity twist, one which is complimented by mild hints of spices. This product was created for you, the one who enjoys bold and exotic flavours!

Tickles Pickles

Tickles’ Pickles are made from fine, fresh vegetables, a little sea salt and nothing else. Our magic ingredient is lactic acid bacteria. These friendly bacteria are naturally present on vegetables, we encourage their growth by creating an acidic, oxygen-free environment. This process of natural fermentation gives our pickles their distinctive zing.

Tickles’ Pickles have Korean kimchi and a Persian turnip torshi on the shelves, and many more recipes from around the world, coming soon. We sell wholesale quantities of our pickles in retail packs of 200g (6 units per case), and in catering pails of 2 kg.

The Korean Pantry

The Korean Pantry

The Korean Pantry is the brainchild of pastry chef turned Kimchi maker, Cindy Robert.

After extensively travelling in South Korea and learning the art of kimchi from Kimchi master chefs and Korean mums, Cindy came back to London with the wish to share all that she learned.

She started to manage a Korean BBQ restaurant in North London where the head chef and herself taught many how to make kimchi and other Korean dishes like kimbap, tofu, jjigae and so on.

She travelled many times again to South Korea to deepen her understanding and knowledge of Korean cuisine, cooking with renowned South Korean chefs and food bloggers. But where she got the best tips and techniques were when she made kimjang with older Korean women, sharing techniques that only mums with years of experience would know.

Naturally fermented without any preservatives or additives, The Korean Pantry Kimchi is unpasteurised, packed full of probiotics, prebiotics and vitamins to support your gut health, improve digestion, and boost your immune system.
