Our campaign to celebrate International Women’s Day 2022 was a huge success and encapsulated the vision of Women in the Food Industry, that together, we can be a force for good and we all need to be role models to inspire the next generation.

Our vision is to champion and celebrate all women in food and to change the culture toward gender equality, by empowering women and shining a spotlight on the incredible work they are doing right across the industry.
We’re passionate about food – and about celebrating and championing the millions of women who work in every part of the industry. Our pioneering initiative is the place for each and every women in the food industry to tell their story, to be heard and be given equal respect.
