Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Belazu 

Belazu Ingredient Company sources, produces and supplies authentic Mediterranean and Middle Eastern ingredients in the most responsible way. The company’s CSR program “The Journey Matters” focuses on People, Product and Planet and the company has been zero-waste-to-landfill site since 2013. Last year, Belazu employed Linde Stael, as their first Corporate Social Responsibility manager to focus on, and drive the initiative.

Linde leads the company’s CSR steering group to analyse Belazu’s social and environmental impact which includes each step of the ingredients ‘journey’ from field to fork. The CSR program is in collaboration with employees, suppliers and customers. Linde has more than five years experience in creating and coordinating effective networks that help to engage different stakeholders to achieve sustainable and social goals.

This year, Linde and the teams’ focus lies on continuing to reduce food waste and they have already been shortlisted for the Green Business Leaders Awards 2019 and are awaiting the results.
