Antonia Lloyd Series Editor on Great British Menu

Antonia has worked with many of the UK’s top chefs over the last decade. She started her food TV career in 2006, and has since worked on over 20 food series including MasterChef the Professionals, Junior MasterChef, Celebrity MasterChef, Britain’s Best Home Cook and Channel 4’s series Beat the Chef.

Her career today combines 3 of her great passions – top quality cooking, TV production and championing women.

Emma White Founder of Making Food Happen

Emma’s passion and expertise is connecting companies together in the food world. Emma works with Food Manufacturers, Producers, Retailers and Brands across the industry forming long-term contracts. She works with many well known brands including Morrisons, Charlie Bigham’s and Hello Fresh.

Emma started in the meat industry some 25 years ago but over the years has formed lots of contacts and supplier relationships with all foods.

Irini Tzortzoglou 2019 MasterChef Winner

Author of cookbook Under The Olive Tree (recipes from my Greek kitchen), Olive Oil Sommelier, educator and motivational speaker. She is working on a number of projects including culinary and corporate retreats, pop ups, development of recipes and menus as well as olive oil tastings and food demonstrations.

Irini is driven by the hope to inspire and empower women of all ages to pursue their passion. When it comes to food, Irini believes that ingredients are king.

Shelley Sofier, Managing Director of Red Kite PR

Shelley has worked in the PR industry for over 40 years, the past 20 years of which have been devoted to the hospitality, food and drink industries.  She and her team work with some of the UK’s most talented chefs, sommeliers, restaurateurs and food and wine producers.

Red Kite PR, which was established 15 years ago, is a boutique PR and social media agency, with a small but mighty team all sharing a passion for the very best in food and drink, and ensuring its clients become famous for their expertise.
