Rosie Joly – Co-Founder of OTO CBD. Before joining OTO in early 2019, Rosie’s career in food began as head of sales at PROPERCORN, where she helped to grow the business from start-up to SME over the course of 4 years. During this time, the business transformed from 5 to 50 employees and was also listed as the 5th fastest growing company in Europe.
Next she joined-forces with the ex-Operations Director of PROPERCORN to help launch Young Foodies, a community and services platform catering to the growing influx of start-up Food & Drink businesses in the UK. She spent a year in a Business Development role which spanned Sales and Marketing responsibilities, where she managed strategic industry partnerships, defined and delivered the company marketing strategy and recruited 650 member brands to the platform.
She has always had the ambition to found her own business and when the opportunity at OTO came along she realised that she had stumbled across something extremely special: CBD is one of those rare burgeoning trends she believes has the power to change the world. Since using CBD daily her quality of life has improved tangibly, but before her role at OTO she was a typical, skeptical consumer and was confused about CBD’s efficacy, quantities and quality.
Rosie wishes to help educate consumers and retailers about the power of CBD, and has the ambition to make OTO the world’s leading premium CBD brand.’
