Joycelyn Neve, founder and Managing Director of Seafood Pub Company, formed the business in 2010, combining her family heritage in the Lancashire fishing industry with a passion for the highest quality food and relaxed service.
Their family of pubs includes destination rural inns with elegant country bedrooms, a neighbourhood restaurant and bar and everything in-between. All feature the same great produce and service, with a commitment to their customers and passionate team, to create the best possible experience. and with a straightforward approach to food, the group make the most of fantastic local produce and let the ingredients do the talking.
Using the legendary Chris Neve’s (Joycelyn’s Dad) daily catches, straight from Fleetwood fishing port, the signature seafood specials at each venue have become a firm favourite with locals. And they don’t just offer fish. Meat, poultry and game comes from some of the area’s finest suppliers, enabling the chefs to create fantastic pub classics, all served by passionate and friendly teams.
The destination gastropubs with accommodation across Lancashire and Yorkshire have been recognised as the best in category, winning numerous awards including the Cateys Pub and Bar Award, Restaurant Magazine’s Pub Company of the Year twice and Publican’s Best Food Operator three times. Joycelyn is also a board director of Marketing Lancashire, and on the Northern board of Hospitality Action.
