MasterChef UK 2016 Champion , Author of Hassle Free, Gluten Free

Jane made it her mission to make eating easier for thousands of people who cannot eat gluten after he son was diagnosed with Celiac disease.

Jane is working with a number of amazing chefs including Marcus Wareing, Atol Kochner, Jason Atherton, Michel Roux and Michael O’Hare at their restaurants. She has also presented at numerous Food & Drink Shows around the UK including BBC Good Food Show and Foodies.

One day a week is put aside for support for two cancer charities which are very close to her heart after her own battle with breast cancer, Ark Cancer Charity and The Haven. This is not about cancer but about me – a home cook, an ordinary stay-at-home mum stepping outside her comfort zone and following a lifelong passion for food.
