Our Women in The Food Industry panel features five remarkable women who have made their mark in the culinary world, breaking down gender barriers and championing sustainability, mindful cooking, and food heritage.

Moderated by Jenny Linford, our panellists include:
Sally Abé: Consultant Chef at The Pem Restaurant who is a strong champion of empowering women in hospitality.
Sabrina Gidda: An acclaimed chef and cookbook writer with an eclectic global approach to cooking.
Hélèna Dove: Head of the kitchen garden at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Previously she managed a historic kitchen garden full of heritage produce.
Anjula Devi: An author and consultant chef who worked with Manchester United and produces sustainable and authentic Indian cuisine.
After the panel discussion and Q&A and during the Food Fair, books from Hélèna Dove, Sabrina Gidda and Jenny Linford will be available to buy and be signed by the authors.
